Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning and sanitation across assigned sites. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and professional communication with customers and coworkers.

The position involves operating cleaning equipment, following a daily schedule, and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas. Prior experience in custodial work and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs. Forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bilingual a plus; reading and interpreting instructions; strong verbal and written communication; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe use of cleaners.

• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to drive to various locations as needed.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor

• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner

• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
  • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Shifts and Compensation

Monday-Friday:7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm

$16-$17 per hour
