Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while following safety rules and company procedures.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to work in a team, and flexibility to respond to supervision. Hourly shifts are available, with possible forklift certification and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
• 3–6 months of training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety training certificates.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties according to the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned area daily.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors, and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages and assist shift lead.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment

Qualification

Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
