Job summary

Crown Battery in Fremont, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate and execute order related duties in our busy customer service department. The role requires strong communication and organization to ensure accurate data entry and timely responses to customer inquiries.

You will work closely with sales and manufacturing teams, handle quotations, sales orders, and maintain relationships by phone and email.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years B2B customer service experience.
• Manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP/MRP systems preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and executing the assigned duties within our customer service department.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Minimum of 2 years business to business customer service experience required


• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse environmental preferred


• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and any business MRP/ERP system is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position operates in an office environment with standard office equipment and frequently walks the industrial plant floor. Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited too: eye safety glasses and any other PPE. The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
