AMAX, a global GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure leader, is seeking a Customer Service / Warranty Administrator in Fremont, CA. You will respond to inquiries, process RMAs, and serve as the primary contact to ensure timely resolutions with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations.

The role requires 2–5 years of customer service experience, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and strong MS Office skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and a diverse, inclusive team.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in technology/electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with purchase orders, order processing, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and competing priorities effectively.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Receive, process, enter, and track Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests for equipment returns.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Technical Support, and Operations, to address customer requests and concerns.
• Communicate order, return, warranty, and service updates to customers through phone and email.
• Provide information and recommendations regarding hardware warranty options to customers and internal sales teams.
• Prepare and communicate pricing for hardware warranty services.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the technology, electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers is highly desirable.
