Starting at $21/hour — transition to salary after 90 days

The Piedmont Group is growing, and we’re looking for two full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our office in Frederick, MD (5285 Westview Drive, Suite 206).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and learning new skills in a fast-paced environment. No prior insurance experience? That’s okay — we’ll train the right candidates and support them in getting licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance within the first six months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answering client phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
  • Making policy changes and handling service requests
  • Preparing client review documents and assisting agents with proposals
  • Managing documents and tasks across multiple systems
  • Following up with clients and keeping our service process moving smoothly
  • Learning the ropes of insurance while working on a supportive team

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Communicates clearly — both on the phone and over email
  • Has basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Can think independently and solve problems with confidence
  • Is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Wants to build a long-term career with growth opportunities
  • Full-time, in-office only
  • Location: 5285 Westview Drive, Suite 206, Frederick, MD 21703
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
  • Starting Pay: $21/hour during 90-day introductory period
  • Post-90 Days: Transition to salaried position
  • Licensing Support: We'll help you get licensed in P&C insurance within your first 6 months
