Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Georgia is seeking a customer care representative to answer inbound calls and provide accurate product and service information. You will record requests in our system and coordinate with dispatch for timely responses, maintaining a courteous, high-energy approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to type 40 wpm, and strong verbal communication. Pre-employment screen and basic computer skills are required.
