Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is hiring a full-time call center/dispatch associate in California. You will answer inbound calls promptly, provide accurate information on products, services, locations, and roadside assistance, and record requests in our system.

You will coordinate with service locations and dispatch teams to ensure timely responses, maintain a courteous, professional demeanor, and multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.

Sunday-Thursday

• Sunday: 6:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Days off: Friday & Saturday

Tuesday-Saturday

• Saturday: 6:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Days off: Sunday & Monday
