An established industry player is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Summary:
Helps foster a positive work environment that inspires, motivates, challenges, supports and provides ongoing recognition for exceptional performance. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is charged with accepting and accurately processing transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures. As the initial contact for new and existing clients, a CSR is charged with providing excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. Determines the proper individual/line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer service issues.
Location:
This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be Findlay East, Findlay, OH.
