Job summary

Transdev North America in Everett, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. The role emphasizes safety and friendly, service-oriented interaction with passengers.

Starting pay is $24.29 per hour with progression to $27.60 over 4 years. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, medical/dental/vision after 90 days, life insurance, 401(k), and company holidays. This is a part-time position with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
• Other duties as required.
