Job summary

Bosch USA in El Paso, TX is seeking a warehouse/order fulfillment associate to organize daily orders and coordinate with departments for on-time shipping.

Requirements include 1+ year warehousing and 1+ year customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and basic Microsoft Office skills. 2nd shift with extended hours including Saturdays; full benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehousing experience.

• 1+ years of Microsoft Applications experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)

Responsibilities

• Organize daily orders to ensure correct on-time shipping.
• Communicate with various departments on topics related to shipping/warehousing.
• Work closely with planning team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and zero customer incidents.
• Verify availability of material required for shipment completion.
• Proactively conduct analysis in warehouse system to identify reasons behind potential shipment delays and execute corrective action.
• Communicate to warehouse personnel all shipping requirements.

Job Description

Daily Tasks:

• Organize daily orders to ensure correct on-time shipping.
• Communicate with various departments on varying topics related to shipping/warehousing.
• Work closely with planning team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and zero customer incidents.
• Verify availability of material required for shipment completion.
• Proactively conduct analysis in warehouse system to identify reasons behind potential shipment delays and execute corrective action.
• Communicate to warehouse personnel all shipping requirements.

Other Workplace Considerations

• Lifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weight.
• Standing, walking, bending and twisting, as required to complete job task
• Must be willing to work 2nd Shift and extended hours, including Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from in accredited institution
• 1+ Years of Warehousing Experience
• 1+ Years of Customer Service experience
• 1+ Years of Microsoft Applications experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• Shipping experience
• Proficient in English Language (Read and Write)
• Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a Team
• Warehouse management systems, such as SAP, AS400, etc.)
