Transdev inDenver, Co.is hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We seek friendly, customer service-oriented peoplededicated to providing quality customer service.

Non-CBA Position

Transdev is proud to offer:

  • Competitive compensation package of $21.50 per hour/$22.00 for bilingual

Benefits Include

  • Vacation: up to two (2) weeks
  • Sick days: up to 48 hours/6 days
  • Holidays: 8 paid holidays. Paid based on work schedule.
  • Other standard benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirectto a supervisor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
  • Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate standard telephone system.
  • Subject to drug testing, 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
