In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for customers and consumers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and websites.   • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer requests, orders, returns, and complaints with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes or products.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service or current IPC employee for 1+ year.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, chat tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
