Position Summary

We’re looking for a support associate who thrives on providing superior service through various communication channels including email, phone, chat, forums, and social media. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, a drive to assist customers, and the ability to learn about firearms, specifically focusing on firearm repair and maintenance authorizations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer questions related to Christensen Arms firearms and escalate when necessary
  • Provide technical support for firearm malfunctions
  • Educate customers on firearm use and warranty processes
  • Explain RMA procedures and manage warranty claims
  • Enhance customer experience, aiming to exceed expectations
  • Use Zendesk for communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with engineering and production to reduce warranty returns
  • Proactively seek solutions and suggest improvements
  • Provide feedback to improve products and customer service
