Hennessey Agency in Oregon is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative to provide exceptional service, manage policy changes, and identify sales opportunities for our clients. This blended role emphasizes relationship-building and proactive guidance.

The position offers a chances to grow within a supportive, women-owned team; license assistance is available for candidates with Oregon P&C experience, and a steady Mon-Fri schedule supports work-life balance.

Formación

• Insurance experience preferred.
• Oregon Property and Casualty Insurance License required (we can help you get licensed!).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service and support to insurance clients
• Answer questions and assist with policy changes, coverage, billing, and other service needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage and insurance products
• Assist with quoting, follow-up, and new business opportunities
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
• Explain insurance coverage clearly and help clients make informed decisions
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to create an excellent client experience
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

This is a blended customer service and sales role for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to better protect our clients.
