Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to perform janitorial and sanitation duties across assigned areas. The role requires following daily schedules, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a professional, safe environment.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a starting wage of $15.55 per hour. Training may be required; bilingual ability is a plus. SBM emphasizes equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; willingness to share with team
• Knowledge of upkeep and care of cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe, efficient use

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule

• Fill in during staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
• Perform janitorial duties

Qualification

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
