Mt Diablo Resource Recovery in Concord, NH is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling billing inquiries, payments, and account updates for residential accounts. The role requires a professional, courteous approach and the ability to work across multiple office locations as needed.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Adequate typing speed.
• Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Be at your desk ready to work at the designated start time.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as understanding their bills and services, taking payments, creating work orders, and updating account information.
• Complete additional assignments/data entry functions as requested.
• Maintain customer account information and balance cash drawer.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to continually improve customer service.
• Call customers with problems that drivers have reported.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative 1 at MDRR you will act as a liaison between our customers and the company helping them with a variety of inquiries relating to Residential accounts including billing complaints questions and requests ; With our home office located in Concord and additional offices in Pittsburg and Oakley assigned office will be designated after hire were looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to join a growing team

Essential Job Functions

Be at your desk ready to work at the designated start time Respond to customer inquiries in person over the phone or through email communications Assist customers with routine account related requests such as understanding their bills and services taking payments creating work orders and updating account information Complete additional assignmentsdata entryfunctions as requested in a timely manner Maintain customer account information Collaborate with your fellow co workers and supervisors to continually improve our customer service Help walk in customers with payments ordering a debris box and more Balance cash drawer Call customers with problems that drivers have reported Collaborate with fellow workers and supervisors to continuously improve customer service and build a better team Demonstrate a deep understanding of Company Policies and City County and State rules and regulations and laws to provide exceptional customer service Maintain a positive courteous and professional demeanor with every customer and caller

Qualifications

Ability to travel to various office locations as necessary Concord Pittsburg Oakley Rio Vista May be required to work after hours High School diploma or GED Must have a valid drivers license Adequate typing speed Experience with MS Office Suite including Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong time management organization and prioritization skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively Positive team player Bilingual in SpanishEnglish preferred

Additional Information

Salary Range 24 25 per hour

Schedule Monday Friday 8am 5pm
