Job summary

Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is hiring a highly-skilled Office Supervisor to lead a motivated sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused office and strengthen leadership, sales, and operational excellence. This full-time position in Coachella, CA offers a 35–45 hour week, weekly pay with uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role (insurance industry preferred).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 45 days.
• Proven experience hitting sales targets and developing successful teams.
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment at all times.
• Ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role experience (insurance industry preferred)
