Job summary

Suburban Pest Control in Yonkers is seeking a friendly, goal‑oriented Customer Service Representative to grow our business by handling inbound inquiries, following up leads, and closing sales via phone and email.

You’ll work with our CRM to craft proposals, track quotes, and ensure every client interaction is professional and helpful, while hitting individual sales goals and contributing to a collaborative team. This is a full‑time role with a competitive hourly rate and commission.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent with 3-4 years of stable work experience, including 2 years in sales.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and proposals.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a CSR, you'll play a key role in growing our business by:

• Following up with leads.
• Building relationships with potential customers.
• Closing sales via phone and email.
