About This Hybrid Role

Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Carmichael, CA. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am– 5:00 pm.

Your Typical Day: As a Customer Service Representative, you will schedule and coordinate incoming service calls, assign technicians based on skill set and location, keep the dispatch board updated, and forecast workloads for the day. You’ll dispatch technicians, answer customer inquiries, follow up on pending work, manage maintenance agreements, update customer records, and handle purchase orders as needed. When not actively handling dispatch, you may assist with billing, payroll, emails, or permits to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of service calls; assign technicians based on skill and location; maintain the dispatch board; forecast workloads; communicate with customers and technicians; manage service records and maintenance agreements; process purchase orders; assist with related administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dispatching or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the plumbing industry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan
• Team-oriented with strong decision-making skills under pressure
