Job summary

Omniseal Solutions is seeking a Customer Success-focused professional to act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships and advocating for customer needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver outcomes that meet commitments and drive growth.

You will own customer outcomes, manage orders, resolve issues, and use data to guide decisions, strengthening satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
  • Preferred fields of study include Communications; Business; Supply Chain Management; Customer Success Management; Account Management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, developing trusted relationships built on responsiveness, transparency, and accountability.
  • Understand customer priorities, business objectives, and operational requirements to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are effectively communicated and represented across the organization.
  • Proactively communicate order status, delivery updates, risks, and resolutions to maintain customer confidence and trust.
  • Drive positive customer outcomes by ensuring commitments are met and issues are resolved with urgency and professionalism.
  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations from initial identification through final resolution.
  • Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to identify root causes, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Anticipate potential disruptions and proactively coordinate corrective actions to minimize customer impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align stakeholders around priorities.

At Omniseal Solutions, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our customers, helping create a seamless experience throughout every stage of the customer lifecycle. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you'll build trusted relationships, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate across the organization to deliver successful business outcomes.

In this role, you'll help customers achieve their objectives through responsive support, proactive communication, operational excellence, and effective issue resolution. As the voice of the customer within Omniseal Solutions, you'll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align customer expectations with business capabilities and ensure commitments are met.

To succeed, you'll bring a customer-first mindset, strong business judgment, and a passion for solving problems. You'll take ownership of customer outcomes, anticipate challenges before they arise, use data to support decision-making, and continually look for ways to improve both the customer experience and internal processes. BENEFITS IN JOINING US

Certain locations require pay information to be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ well-being and help improve their daily lives for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $24.00 to $34.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 8% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position is $52,400 to $74,200. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
