Pay

Starting at $17.00 an hour, more with experience

Schedule

The first 2 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm for training. Training is paid.( The length of the training class may be adjusted as needed ).After training the schedule will be 9:00am-6:00pm. Schedule rotation: 4 weekdays and Saturday, then 5 weekdays with the weekend off.

Specific Duties

• Responsible for competently responding to incoming, outgoing phone calls, pre-and post-delivery calls and email.


• Responsible for using My Service Center to create, maintain and resolve Customer Service issues.


• Responsible for maintaining an action driven To Do list and working the list to keep it current daily.


• Responsible for learning procedural, policy and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur

Earning Opportunity

• Salary starts at $17.00 per hour, more with experience

• Must have prior call center experience


• Ability to pass criminal background check, and drug test.
