Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Bradenton, FL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first contact for customers, learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and build long lasting client relationships through email, phone, in person and at their place of business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Great listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and view a computer screen for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will

Ideal Qualifications For FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative
