We are currently hiring an Customer Service Representative for our Boise team.
Compensation: $17 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday starting at 8:30am, and Saturday from 10am - 2pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keg & Merchandise Sales- Sell kegs and other products to the public and assigned accounts paying attention to focused special items and seasonal offerings. Loading product that has been purchased into customer vehicles safely.
- Customer Service – Answering phone and email inquiries on general Hayden Beverage topics and products.
- Operations Support- Receive, review and input requests for supplier, brand team and sales team requests for samples and credits. Attention to detail and exceptional communication is important and required. Must comply with state and local laws as well as HBC policy. Moving and preparing products for pickup.
- Law Compliance- Must follow all state and local law requirements for sale of alcoholic beverages. Must be 19 years or older.
- Safety- Perform all duties in a safe manner as defined in the HBC safety policy. Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
- Equipment- Operate different kinds of forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the warehouse. Certification is required.
- Cleanliness- Constantly maintaining a clean and organized work environment including daily and weekly assigned tasks and duties.
- Inventory Control- Manage inventory to ensure product standards are met and inventory controls are followed.
- Cash Handling- Balance of the cash till nightly.
- Additional Duties- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties are subject to change at the discretion of HBC to accommodate the changes and needs of the industry and our customers.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic office equipment, ten key.
- Demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, iOS Numbers, iOS Outlook, and iOS Notes.
- Demonstrate proficient skills in organization and time management.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients while providing high levels of service by communicating clear and timely responses to issues, requests, weekly reports, problems, and regular reporting.
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully function as a member of a team through communication while engaging in self directed resourcefulness and analytical thinking.
Essential Physical Abilities
- Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, which permits the employee to discern verbal instructions and communicate effectively with others in person and by telephone.
- Sufficient visual and mental acuity, which permits the employee to comprehend written and verbal work instructions, make determination of necessary actions to take to comply with hygiene and appearance standards for the facility.
- Sufficient visual and manual dexterity, which permits the employee to operate safely in a fast-moving environment.
- Sufficient manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to operate standard office equipment.
- Sufficient body mobility, flexibility, and agility to occasionally lift and carry objects up to 170 pounds, with assistance, up to 24 inches from the ground.
- Sufficient body mobility to climb up and down forklifts and ladders.
