Job summary

Lochridge-Priest, Inc. is seeking a skilled dispatcher to coordinate technicians across multiple service calls in a fast-paced Texas environment.

You will manage priorities, communicate with customers and internal teams, and keep work orders moving to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates have 3-4+ years in dispatching or logistics within HVAC/plumbing/mechanical industries, excellent multitasking, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in dispatching or logistics within HVAC/plumbing/mechanical industries.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems on the fly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule technicians across multiple service calls
• Communicate with customers - updates, ETAs, and problem-solving
• Prioritize emergency vs. routine service calls
• Coordinate with field techs, managers, and operations
• Manage work orders, service tickets, and system updates
• Keep jobs moving - delays are NOT your thing
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Be the calm in the chaos when things get busy
• On-call weekend rotation
• Ensure monthly maintenance are completed on-time with prioritization on "critical" accounts
