Job summary

Loan Max Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Wasau, WI. This full-time role handles loan applications, cash handling, and daily records with a customer-focused approach.

You will complete background checks, credit screenings, and drug tests as part of the hiring process, and you’ll participate in on-site training and benefits programs. We offer weekly pay, medical, dental & vision insurance after 91 days, paid holidays, PTO, and room to grow

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work full-time including Saturdays on rotation.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Criminal background check required.
• Consumer credit check required.
• Drug screening required.

Candidates must be available to work during all open hours, including rotating Saturdays.
