We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives (CSR I) . This is a remote call center position supporting non-Open Enrollment (non-OE) client needs. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Job title: Customer Service Representative I

Location: Franklin, MA - Candidates should be within 1 hour of: Franklin, MA

Duration: 6 months

Schedule – 8 am to 4:30 pm CST

Pay rate: $18- $18.50/hour

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives (CSR I). This is a remote call center position supporting non-Open Enrollment (non-OE) client needs. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills, customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Resolve complaints by understanding issues and providing the best solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system.
• Process orders and applications precisely.
• Educate customers on products, services, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Strive for first-call resolution and continuous improvement.
• Training – 8/4 thru 8/15 (need 100% attendance)
• Nesting – 8/18 thru 8/29 (mix of on the phone and training)
• Production (full time on phones) – this will start 9/2, since we are OFF for a holiday on 9/1.
• Schedule – 8 am to 4:30 pm CST (for training, nesting and production)

Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in an office environment is essential.
• Proven customer support or client service experience.
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused with adaptability to various personalities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
• Must be punctual, accountable, and professional
