Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Customer Service Reporting & Analytics Intern to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program in Columbus, OH. This 12-week program offers hands-on experience with real-world data projects in customer service analytics.

During the internship, you will own meaningful reports, design Power BI dashboards, work with stakeholders, and explore pathways to part-time or full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills demonstrated through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Action-oriented with sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and effective in navigating change and influencing others.
• Works effectively both independently and in team settings.
