NPAworldwide is hiring a Customer Service Representative Trainee for our on-site team in Tualatin, OR. The role focuses on supporting industrial customers, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team.

We seek a customer-focused professional with strong data entry and communication skills, ready to grow into a full-time position. Must be able to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bonus: Experience with Profit 21 (P21) software is highly preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to work on-site in an office/warehouse environment and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
