Job summary

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in-branch, handling loan applications, payments, and account inquiries. You’ll help customers navigate options, resolve past-due issues, and maintain precise records while collaborating with the team to hit branch goals.

Earn base pay of $12.00–$13.00 per hour with monthly performance bonuses, paid training, PTO, and clear paths for promotion within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior Finance, Retail, or Sales experience.
• Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals.
• Basic Computer Proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Process loan applications and payments.
• Answer questions about accounts and loan options.
• Work with customers to find solutions if they become past due.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Work with your team to meet branch goals.
