Job summary

Mcbride Orthopedic Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to greet and direct patients and visitors during business hours. Responsibilities include operating the switchboard and managing patient registration information.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED and two years related experience and/or training. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in hospital/outpatient settings and ECW experience preferred for certain locations.
