Job summary

Rentokil is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to be the first contact for resolving customers' concerns at their homes and businesses. You will maintain courteous relations, gather information, confirm and schedule services, and assist with billing questions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, excellent listening and communication skills, a clear phone voice, and the ability to multitask with data entry. Weekend availability may be required.

Our CSR’s are the first contact to help resolve customers' concerns. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the callers’ concerns in their homes and businesses. They enjoy making a customer feel confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally.

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
