Job summary

RPM Pizza is a large Domino’s franchise in the United States hiring a part-time Customer Service Rep at 2761 E Milton Ave to create smiles by providing friendly service and accurate orders.

You will take orders, uphold brand standards, keep the store clean, assist with product prep, and support inventory while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
