RPM Pizza is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our store on Highway 90E. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll take orders, uphold brand standards, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include accurate order preparation, friendly service, quick problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, reliability, and good communication are essential, with opportunities for training and growth.

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.

• Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
