Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives to manage in‑store operations, handle customer orders, and maintain a clean, efficient work environment. The role requires excellent communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You must be 16 years of age or older.
General Job Duties
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash or performing outdoor tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature inside or outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
- Talking and hearing on the telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments

Physical Requirements
- Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking – for short distances and durations across surfaces such as ceramic tile or linoleum.
- Sitting – paperwork completed at an office desk or table.
- Lifting – unload bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb) and lift cases up to 72" high.
- Carrying – move large cans (≈ 3 lb 7 oz) and occasionally heavier items such as a 30 lb pizza sauce.
- Pushing – move trays on dollies; required force up to 7.5 lb.
- Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
- Stooping/Bending – forward bending required at the pizza assembly station (30‑45 s continuously).
- Crouching/Squatting – occasional use to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching – above <= 72" to control ovens or change prices; below 72" to scoop ingredients or wash dishes.
- Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination required; frequent use of forearms, wrists, and tools like pizza peel and cutter.
- Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and TDD equipment.
