Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for customers at our Mobile store. You will take orders with a friendly, upbeat attitude and represent the Domino's brand with pride.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits eligibility; you will work in a fast-paced team, help maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.

Job Description

As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino's brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36\" - 48\" high and reach shelves up to 72\".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
