Physical Requirements

• Stand for most tasks; walk short distances for short durations
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries that may weigh up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'; lifting from floor to shelves up to 72 in high
• Carry large cans weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces; carry pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds; carry trays of pizza dough about 12 pounds per tray; use dollies to push or pull trays up to 30 pounds requiring up to 7.5 lb of force
• Climb stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
• Bend forward at the waist at pizza assembly stations; stoop/bend forward at the front counter and when stocking ingredients; crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reach continuously up, down, and forward
• Use hands continuously; eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough
• Duration of tasks may range from 30–45 seconds, repeated continuously during the day
