Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all stations in‑store, such as making menu items, assisting customers on the phone and in‑store, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Work may include exposure to varying weather, temperatures from 33°F to 90°F+, fumes, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Must possess required mental and physical abilities, including speaking, hearing, vision, depth perception, and handling hot and cold surfaces.
• Must be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Most tasks are performed from a standing position on surfaces such as ceramic tile, concrete, or linoleum between 36" and 48" high.
• Walking is frequently required for short distances.
• Deliveries may involve traveling between the store and customer vehicles or from delivery vehicles/e‑bikes to the customer.
• Bulk products up to 50 lbs and cases up to 3' x 1.5' may be lifted and stacked onto shelves up to 72".
• Dough trays approximately 12 lbs, cases of products up to 25 lbs, and prepped items may need to be carried from the walk‑in cooler to the make‑line.
• Pushing and pulling of trays or products on dollies may require up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance may be required.
• Tasks may involve forward bending, reaching, and eye‑hand coordination, use of hand tools such as pizza peel, cutters, and boxing tools.
• Team members may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and scales.
