Job summary

Lincare is seeking a customer service oriented professional to support patient interactions in a healthcare setting. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assessing product/service needs, and educating customers about available options.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, entering orders, and maintaining accurate demographic data in the system, while ensuring physician directives are followed. Training support and strong communication are valued in this position.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High SchoolDiploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
• Computer entry Required
• Must meet any licensing requirementsnecessary for specific location

Physical Demands:

This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
