Valley Interior Products, Inc. - Spring Hill is seeking a customer service representative to provide professional communication with customers and staff. The role involves greeting customers, handling orders, and maintaining showroom readiness in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Bilingual ability is preferred, and training on building materials for drywall will be provided.

The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training on product knowledge of building materials for the drywall industry will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications.
• Greet customers and determine problems, orders, or reasons for calling.
• Identify when to route questions to sales staff.
• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Use company computer systems for order entry.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintain a clean and properly stocked showroom.

Basic Qualifications
