Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product or service needs for patients.

You will support physician-directed care, document calls, and enter orders in the system, ensuring accurate demographic details and adherence to procedures. This role involves inbound and outbound calls, education of customers, and collaboration with coworkers while contributing to training initiatives and compliance
