Talentify is seeking a entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our call center in Ohio. You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with information about our products and services.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication, and provide accurate, helpful responses while multitasking across multiple channels. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
