Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Customer Service Representative in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on cleaning duties, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area in a team environment.

The candidate should have 3–6 months of training or experience, with a preference for bilingual abilities and strong verbal/written communication. Shift runs Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm, with a pay rate of $14.75–$15.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license and complete safety/task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals and their safe use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner; support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
