Paycom - ATS in Minnesota is seeking a front desk member services associate to drive new member sales and deliver superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

You will greet and assist potential members, handle front desk duties, answer calls, provide tours, assist with sign-ups and check-ins, and help keep the club tidy while delivering a positive experience every day.

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
