Lincare is seeking a customer service oriented employee in Loves Park, IL to handle inbound/outbound calls, determine product/service needs, and support physician-directed care. You will document interactions, process orders, and maintain accurate patient records in a secure system.

Responsibilities include training others, complying with licensing requirements, and contributing to a supportive team focused on accurate dosages and patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one to three months related experience/training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with coworkers and patients.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determiningongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician ordersAnswers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records

Qualifications.

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike
• help with the training of employees
• calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed
• apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

Education & Experience:

• High SchoolDiploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
• Computer entry Required
• Must meet any licensing requirementsnecessary for specific location

Physical Demands:

This employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
