Responsibilities:
REMOTE POSITION - WORK FROM HOME.
This role is fully remote (Resident of Indiana) and part time. Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours but can schedule up to 40 total hours.
Total hours are to be spread across 1 weekend day and at least 3 weekdays.
Can work only 4 hours on weekends.
Weekday Shifts: 2 pm – 9 pm
• All shifts must be a minimum of 3 hours.
Weekend Shift: Sat 2 pm – 7 pm, Sun 2 pm- 9pm
• Can work only 4 hours on the weekend
Job Description:
• Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses often using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. We will train you on delivering the script and how to enter the responses.
• During each survey interview, we’ll ask you to positively engage with members of the public and remain neutral and unbiased regarding their responses.
• Continue to build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead who are there to support your progress and project goals. Our goal is to develop highly trained and motivated team members who can enjoy dynamic and rewarding work experiences.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• 6 months previous call center, customer service or collections experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience collecting and recording data from the public.
Professional Skills:
• Active listening and communication skills, both written and oral. Must be able to enunciate clearly and coherently.
• Ability to positively engage with members of the public and remain neutral and unbiased during the phone interview.
• Strong interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
• Ability to be flexible in a work schedule and to work limited overtime as necessary required.
• Clear telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script.
• Basic computer skills including keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Must meet standard performance metrics.

• Internet access (Fiber, Cable, or DSL) with minimum speeds of 25 MB Download
• Personal computer with Windows 10 or higher* with at least 8 GB of RAM and current anti-malware and anti-virus software installed. (NOT a Chromebook or a tablet device)

• Quiet, private room or closed-door space in your home for a confidential environment
