Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Metairie, LA. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return items.

Responsibilities include explaining products, arranging invoices, and assisting with hitching, wiring, and safety checks. On-the-job training is provided, with bonuses and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required; good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; answer questions and educate customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
