Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of customer service or retail experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide customer service and clerical support for the stores.
• Process customer orders and returns; verify inventory; schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Process invoices and payments via cash, check, credit card and financing for guest purchases.
• Balance cash drawer and determine the deposit.
• Maintain daily reports and email; liaison between guest and other departments.
• Assist and follow-up with customers telephoning or visiting the store.
• Ensure all required customer and merchandise information is documented in the system.
