Cardi’s Furniture & Mattresses is seeking a friendly Call Center Representative I to join our customer service team. The role involves handling a high volume of calls and emails, scheduling deliveries and service calls, and delivering outstanding customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with flexibility in schedule. The position is full-time, requiring a proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, correspondence, memos, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and messages professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow scripts when handling various topics and identify customer needs to provide solutions.
• Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the issue, researching, and expediting resolution.
• Upsell products or services when opportunities arise and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Respond to emails and schedule deliveries or service appointments accurately in the system.
