Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Augusta, Maine. You will be the face of the company, helping customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment, using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return gear.

This on-the-job role offers paid interviews, a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 bonus after certification, with benefits including health plans, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; forklift certification offered upon employment.
