Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives to take and process orders, answer phones, and provide friendly service in our store.

You’ll work with a team, enjoy flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time hours, and have opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be reliable, able to pass a background check, and comfortable handling cash.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders by phone or in-store.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Answer phones and assist customers with ordering.
• Work with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency under pressure.
